    Fee

    Setup fee at signature covers capturing your standards, catalog and price list. A monthly fee from day 31 if you continue. Exit at day 30 with nothing further owed. Both prices are locked for year one and shared on the first call.

  2. 02Days 0–10

    Kickoff

    We capture your standards once: module widths, carcass rules, corner solutions, appliance clearances. Catalog and price list are loaded as they exist today (Excel/PDF) and validated against 2–3 of your past quotes. Day 10: live.

  3. 03Days 11–30

    First quotes

    Your team produces the first 5 real quotes. Each one is compared with your own costing on the same inputs. Day 30: continue with the second 50%, or exit.

  4. 04Days 31–60

    Rollout

    All teams on. One multi-unit project, every unit type, run end to end. 15+ cumulative quotes. Results measured on real usage, not on a demo.

  5. 05

    Guarantee

    Target agreed at kickoff: BOQ within an agreed tolerance of your own costing on the same inputs (default ±5%). Day 60: commitments met, target missed — second payment fully refunded.

Your price list is yours. Your catalog and pricing live only in your account — never shared with third parties, never used to train other models.

Post-pilot pricing is tiered by business type and quote volume — pilot factories keep their pilot price.
